The registration amount for the Bharat Film Fest is non-refundable. Once the registration fee has been paid, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
In the rare event that the Bharat Film Fest is canceled by Lady Lad Media, registered participants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or a full refund (excluding any transaction fees) will be offered.
Participants who choose to cancel their registration will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.
Registrations are non-transferable. If a registered participant is unable to attend, their registration cannot be transferred to another individual.
Refund requests will not be entertained for the registration amount.
Lady Lad Media reserves the right to review and make exceptions to this policy in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen situations. Any exception made in one instance does not guarantee an exception in any future similar instance.
