By participating in the 72 Hour Filmmaking Challenge (the "Challenge"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before participating. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Challenge.
To participate in the Challenge, you must register on our website and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Participants must create a short film within 72 hours from the official start time. The film must meet the specified criteria and guidelines provided by the organizers. All films must be original works and must not infringe on any third-party rights.
Participants retain the copyright to their films. By participating in the Challenge, you grant Lazy Lad Media and the partners of the festival an exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your film/video/script for whatsoever purposes.
Films will be judged based on creativity, originality, technical merit, and adherence to the Challenge guidelines. The decisions of the judges are final and binding.
Prizes will be awarded to the winning entries as specified in the Challenge guidelines. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Any taxes or expenses related to the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
The organizers are not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions. The organizers disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with the Challenge.
The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge at any time without prior notice, for any reason. In the event of termination, the organizers may, at their discretion, award prizes based on eligible entries received before the termination date.
These Terms and the Challenge are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the organizers are located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
